Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 5-7 days.
Packaging
Premium packaging with protective materials. Eco-friendly when possible.
Insurance
All orders are insured. We'll replace lost or damaged items at no cost.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard on our website
- Directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
We currently ship to most locations worldwide, with some exceptions:
- PO Boxes (for international orders only)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
- Certain remote locations (we'll contact you if this applies)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
What to Expect:
- Signature may be required for orders over $200
- Safe delivery options available (leave at door, with neighbor, etc.)
- Delivery attempts: 3 attempts before return to depot
- Hold for pickup available at most carrier locations
Missed Delivery:
If you miss a delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Contact us if you need assistance.
